This Ocha Matcha butter icing is a delicious way to dress up fairy cakes.
10 minutes prep time. Covers 12 fairy cakes.
- 1 Chashaka of matcha powder (or 1/2 teaspoon)
- 100g softened butter
- 225 sifted icing sugar
- Beat together butter and sugar until thick, creamy and smooth
- Stir in sieved matcha powder
- Pipe on to cool fairy cakes
